Gloucester Student Houses

I had a really positive experience. They were super friendly, efficient and offered a great service. Loved the house we found with them, I highly recommend!

My daughter had put a deposit on a house in Gloucester through GSH for Sept '23. However, she left Hartpury Uni for a number of reasons at Easter. Michael Coles, GSH Director was very understanding, but with a signed contract, we were going to be liable for the deposit and finding a replacement tenant. Unfortunately, 2 or 3 of my daughter's friends also left the uni too at the same time, leaving 3 or 4 replacements to be found. Michael remained in constant contact, and worked hard in the background to find replacement tenants in order to release those leaving from their contractual obligations. Additionally, Michael worked with the landlord for a workaround at one point, when it looked like there may be one room vacant. Result: No workaround required, and Michael has managed to fill the rooms, with the remaining students happy with those coming in. Very impressive, very professional, with everyone's best interest at heart.
