Best nail salon I have been so far. I dont understand why other people keep leaving negative reviews which are very aggressive and not very kind. I have no issue at all and I was so enjoy the vibe here. Cosy and clean and very professional from the lady owner and her team. Trust me I am very fussy with my nails, I also tried so many nail places and this is my usual go to now. You wont regret.

My regular nail salon now. They take care of my nails very carefully. Attention to details perfectly. I am so fussy but they take time to treat me so well. Highly recommend.

I should have read more reviews before I went, my shellac manicure lasted 2 days, the person was not attentive at all, some gaps started to appear and the gel got off within 6 days. To avoid, not professional

satisfied with the shellac so far (did it yesterday) but honestly I think the people working there were a bit rude. Only the 3 of us in the shop and they didnt speak to me at all they were only speaking with each other in their mother language. it made me feel uncomfortable as I thought many times they were speaking about me.

Bad experience with this salon - Within a few days of having shellac, the colour had completely faded from a bright hot pink to a very very light pink/nude. I returned to the salon to ask if they could do re-do them as this was not right after paying a premium. A female member of staff kindly agreed, started the treatment, then half way through, her and her colleague were speaking in a different language about me and called the boss. The boss came onto the phone and refused to re do my nails without paying full price again, despite the polish not lasting and blaming it on the strength of the sun. Whilst I was on the phone to the boss, she started to speak to someone else and was not listening. The entire situation was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not offer a good customer service, especially after I was told at the beginning they would rectify the situation. I tried to explain to the boss that her team had already agreed and she was extremely belittling to her team saying 'they don't understand' - very poor customer service and would not recommend this nail bar as I have never had my shellac colour completely fade before - I sense the nail polish they use must not be from the quoted nail varnish brand or staff need additional training.

I had such a lovely experience attending the salon I received a lovely welcome and the nail tech was so sweet , took time and put so much effort into my nails!! I live close by so this is definitely my regular now! Thankyou

This has become my go to place for nails! They go the extra mile to make sure your nails look exactly like you want, and whenever I’ve booked appointments they’re well staffed and haven’t made me wait like other places. Would definitely recommend!

Bad quality gel mani - filed nails after applying gel so have walked away with them all chipped, scuffed and jagged. Top coat applied full of bubbles, edges a mess. Absolutely not worth the price (which is considerably more than others in the area). A shame... my friend had hers done by a girl in there at the same time as I had mine done by a guy and hers look great, so guess some staff really need some more training.

Never had to write a review like this - was left with a bleeding gash in my cuticle from mishandling the filing machine. The other reviews of concerns with quality and cleanliness are unfortunately accurate. Never had a manicure be lumpy before? Won’t be returning and am writing this so others don’t waste their time.Edit: The salon responded to my review (which they have since deleted) to invalidate my feedback and claiming that I had never visited the business. Specifically that I was spamming them and “we never give customers a bad cut like this and our team never does bad cuticle work like this.” After calling they confirmed I did in fact visit, apologized, offered no solution, and amended their original response. This is how they treat their customers.
