Thank you so much .I put a repeat presentation in Monday . And had run out of tablets . But for some unreason when I went to pick them put it wasn’t ready ? I was really upset . Young man on reception was lovely friendly helpful And said he would try he’s best to get my tablets that day but more than likely it be next day . We’ll just incase I sent my fellow round and much to my surprise they would ready . I would like to thank doctor and young lad on reception dealt with the matter wellElong

The receptionist staff at the GP surgery are useless. Usually on hold for 30 to 60 minutes (during the middle of the day), you could be call position 1 in the queue for over 20 minutes then they answer and hang up.

I am a patient of this surgery, you are very lucky to get an appointment. I have been a patient for about 10 years and even before covid it had gone down in quality. They have a eConsult online service that is shut off at random times. Even before the scheduled time of (9am). They keep patients waiting on the phone and when they finally answer they say Sorry

I have been on antibiotics for cellulitis after finishing one course of 7 day there was a little change in my condition but required another course I am without antibiotics struggling to get more. Been told I will have to wait for a phone call from one of the doctors if anything happens to my leg because of this I will not be happy.

Horrendous. Wasted an hour and 10 minutes in the queue just for them to hang up on me when I got through to them and said hello. All I wanted was to enquire about when my appointment is. Absolute joke.

Very pissed at them. The receptionist are clueless as to what an outpatient pink prescription is. One if the receptionist was even so rude to me and threw my prescription back at me when I tried to explain what this was claiming that I was rude first by answering her no". I have tried for over a week to get my medication. Still not sorted out. Horrible practice. Will have to change my gp. I can't do this any more. Avoid them."

I've only been with this practice since Feb 2022. I can't fault them, very attentive and caring. Reception ladies have all been great and very efficient. I email if I can't get through by phone and they respond well. Dr Haroon Pardes is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting. Very down to earth, caring and easy to speak with. He definitely embraces being human. Really impressed with Medlock. Thanks for everything you've done for me.

Failsworth group practice renamed. Still can’t get in touch with them. NHS they make it that bad. We’ll all have to start paying for private healthcare.
