Monument to the Unknown Artist

This 'animatronic' statue subdued on his high perch far above the maddening crowd... perhaps despondent from lack of artistic recognition.

The animatronics doesn't seems to be working at the moment, unfortunately.

It is supposed to be an animatronic statue that reacts to and imitates the people caught by its camera . The piece is by an artist collective called Greyworld. A plaque on the statue’s plinth says in Latin “Non Plaudite, Modo Pecuniam Jacite,” which translates as, “Do not applaud, just throw money”. So if you visit the sculpture dont forget to strike a pose!

I real don't know the true location of said place

Quirky art installation. Whilst it looks static and weathered into position, every few minutes it wakes up and changes position. The clunky moves might make it look like an undead painter I quite like the effect!
