They are big scammers totally pathetic service they increase rent every after 7,8 weeks start with £40 now £75 per week and without giving notice. I totally agree with people who gave them 1 star, absolutely rubbish will never trust them and never use them again.

Beware, this is basically a scam. Once you're in and somewhat trapped they just keep upping the price. Mine went 15@ half price, then 30, 40, 50 and now after about 6 months it's at £75, which is extortionate and I need to now pay movers to get to cheaper storage. Avoid.

Unit was amazing and clean and smells lovely, nice touch with the air freshener and welcoming treats. Was in the unit within 30 minutes of starting the process.
