The Scotch Whisky Experience
Absolutely amazing! We booked this tour before we got here and wished we had booked the Gold experience. We only booked the Silver experience. You will learn how whisky is made, learn about the founder of the whisky collection, and get to taste some delicious whiskies! We enjoyed it so much! If you have time, eat at the Amber Restaurant! Also a great experience! Thank you, Scotch Whisky Experience!

The Scotch Whisky Experience
Great experience, even if you don't particularly like whisky. This place might just change your mind.The staff were all very welcoming and informative.We went for the gold tour, which included a tour of the process of making whisky in Scotland and a tasting of some of the popular ones from each region.Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Edinburgh. Especially when they are right next to the iconic Edinburgh Castle.

The Scotch Whisky Experience
A highlight of our trip! Such an informative and fun experience. They had added brand new rooms to the tour that worked really well and made it feel like a show. This is a great experience to do before the JW experience as you learn a lot more about the history of Scotch and what makes up all the different types and flavour profiles. Our tour guide was exceptional; I believe his name was Jim! You even get to keep the dram glass at the end. Loved it and would do it again with other friends!

I expected this to be incredibly cheesy and then get some tastings at the end. It was all that but so much more! Our guide Susan was absolutely amazing! Well informed, engaging, and an wonderful person. Even helped to give us tips on which distilleries to visit on our drive up to the Highlands. 11/10 would recommend!

Very professional tour to get familiar with the Scottish whisky. Definitely recommended!You get a tour in a small group, you learn about the process, the tastes, the regions and the blends.We finished with diner in the restaurant downstairs, which was a perfect closure of the evening.

Fantastic experience at this place! We went for the Silver tour and were given a warm welcome by Fiona who gave a great presentation on whiskeys and how they are made. The highlight was the end part with the tasting in the glass room with the large collection featuring over 3000 bottles! Thank you for the experience! I will come back in the future!

I think 'totally worth it' :Gold Tour = 5 very good whiskeys to learn about the basics.Then later on a very good dinner menu...Very friendly staff.Of course, it is for tourists, but you get what you pay for.

Really excellent tour and great value as you get to take the glass home with you too. The tour is really well executed and shout out to Zach who made it even more enjoyable!Huge selection of whisky bottles on display with some really interesting stories behind them

An exquisite whisky experience! I highly recommend the platinum tour, as you will be getting 4 single malts and 1 blended to taste during the 90 minutes experience in addition to keeping a glass for yourself!I've been to a few experiences in the past and can say this one definitelt stood out. Explanations of the process, materials and getting into the details on how and what to expect from a whisky tasting really gives you the tour you are looking for.The museum with over 3000 bottles and the history behind is just mind blowing! A place you have to visit!Their gift / whisky store at the end also offers plenty for your selection.

The Scotch Whisky Experience
An amazing experience. Our guide Sabrina was great. You get to hear about how they make “whisky”, where each of the main whisky regions are in Scotland. You also get a small piece of card with smells of each of the whisky’s which I thought was a nice touch. The whisky tastings were a great experience in a group and was nice and compact so you could compare notes with your tour buddy’s! Definitely would recommend!
