Hard working property managers. Recently appointed after terrible experience with RMG. They have hit the ground running, have been responsive and proactive, and are helping us turn around a large, complex residential block.

Rennie and Partners have been managing our block for 18 months, moving from another local firm. They have been very professional and patient throughout.

Rennie has been our manager since we purchased our property in 2017. After 6 years of experience of working with them we can only describe them as incompetent and unprofessional: our emails are usually ignored, service charge is not collected, building works drag on for months, minor repairs take months to organise. As Rennie remains unresponsive and non efficient, it's not unusual that eventually residents lose track of outstanding requests and just give up asking for updates. New disputes (among residents, and between residents and Rennie) arise constantly but old ones never get resolved. Recently our small insurance claim has been mismanaged by Olivia who not only failed to facilitate processing of the claim herself - for 5 months! - but also blocked direct communication between the insurers and us. If you have another option for who to take on as your managing agent, you should take it.

Ian Rennie has been brilliant for us. He really cares about his clients and he knows his business inside and out. We trust him implicitly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his firm.

Disappointed to say the least. Very unprofessional. Secretary - Pam, very blunt, with a lack of basic mannerism forgot to place me on hold and decided to have a conversation with her colleague in which she called me stupid. Not a very good candidate for a first point of contact. An even worse look on the company overall.
