LMS are a team of helpful, friendly and above all knowledgeable people.The helpdesk team is great and ever patient, with all issues I have ever called them for. The telephony team have moved us to a great system which means we get our calls at a much better cost than previously.Luke himself has come up with effective and efficient solutions to our issues and also been prepared to help us when they have not been as well received as we had hope.The can do attitude and positive responses have lead to me recommending them to other companies, as I have been so impressed.Keep up the good work

Connor was fantastic in providing quick and efficient help with a technical issue that I had been struggling with for days. He also went above and beyond, helping me draft and send an email to over 100 people using mail merge which I had not used before and was nervous about the process. Connor was so friendly and reassured me that he could solve the issue (which he did) I could not recommend him and his team enough!
