I was training regularly but wasn't achieving the results I wanted as I was struggling with the diet part.I decided to work with Kalvyn because he had completed an inspirational transformation during lockdown plus he offered a level of accountability that I knew I needed.Everything for the challenge was laid out in an easy to read booklet, and the workouts are in an app.The strength training was challenging but in 28 days I saw the changes I was keen to see. I ended the challenge with a flatter stomach, slimmer hips and a more toned lower body. More importantly, I knew what to eat to fuel a busy training schedule, while reducing my body fat.The programme is easy to follow, Kalvyn is always on hand to answer questions and it helped me to become more disciplined in prepping my food. I have loads of energy, look and feel better and am confident about reaching my goals.I would absolutely recommend Kalvyn to anyone who is serious about getting results.

My goal when joining this challenge was to lose weight, tone and also become knowledgeable on where I was going wrong.I decided to go with Kalvin as I felt his knowledge, experience and understanding of body types was the encouragement and focus I needed.I started the challenge on the 8th of February 2021 and I can honestly say I’m more than happy with my results and feel focused and ready to continue my health and fitness journey. I am extremely proud of what I’ve achieved in 8 weeks.I would happily do the eight week challenge again and will be recommending Kalvin’s programs to all my friends and family.

I did Kalvyn's 8 week scuplt and tone challenge and so far I am happy with my results. Not only in how I look but, in how I feel about myself and the relationship I have with food and how to maintain a good relationship.  The goal first and foremost was to get used to working out again and managing a calorie deficit diet and then to lose some belly fat which is hard to do but we're getting there!I have been working out on and off and I've seen minor changes but not as much as I would like. Having Kalvyn as a PT, he taught me that to see the results I want, I need to fix my diet and be consistant with it.  For this reason, I have a different perspective on how I see food not only that, but a bunch of workouts that I am able to do at home and the gym.I would totally recommend his training because  with him its not just about getting the workout done but everything else that goes with it. He shows you that there is more than just excerise and the gym . He really does help you in reaching your goals!

My goal was to understand nutrition and where I’d been going wrong for so many years and Kalvyn really put it so clearly for me. I’d always eaten healthy and worked out but I had never monitored it or understood macros. His plan and weekly amendments to my plan eased me into knowing what I needed to do. I chose to work with Kalvyn after Christmas when I’d lost sight and motivation to look after myself meaning my confidence had also depleted. With Kalvyn, I have found the importance of protein and I’ve never eaten so much fruit and veg in my life, in volume! And I have lost a noticeable amount of fat. I am still a work in progress but I wouldn’t have been able to get even to here without him. I did struggle with my motivation through the pandemic and I think my results would be greater if gyms were open given my lack of equipment but I would 100% recommend Kalvyn to my friends and family.

When I first started with Kalvyn my goal was to tone and improve my body as through out lockdown I noticed that I hadn't kept on top of my health. I wasn't majorly unfit as I box but I didn't feel comfortable with how I looked.When I used to go to the gym I found it challenging as I was always unsure about what I needed to do to get results. I would train with friends that already had their own goals and which was frustrating as everyone has different strengths and goals they want to achieve. I felt like this was one of the main reasons for me not being as consistent as I could have been.I completed a 8 week work out plan with Kalvyn. I done my 8 week work out with Kalvyn because I saw his result from his work out and some of the nutrition he was posting and it looks like something that was achievable so I messaged him and he got back to me with a reasonable price.I found the welcome of Kalvyn was really easy I managed to achieve my results using his app workout with different exercises to help me keep consistent with my training. I feel so much better physically and a lot more confident in the gym.I have already recommended family and friends to kalvin's workout plan and will continue to do so as I have seen some seriously good results in only 8 weeks.

When I first met Kalvyn my goal was to, ultimately, reduce my body fat percentage and gain confidence in the gym.I had started plateauing with my progress on my own- eating healthily and doing 4/5 classes a week but then overeating all the wrong foods at the weekend.I started working with Kalvyn 6 weeks ago after regularly going to his classes and following his own fitness journey over Instagram. It was clear that he payed attention to detail with his clients and achieved great results.Since working with Kalvyn I have already lost 3.5kg of body fat and have gained invaluable confidence in and out of the gym with my training programmes. I have also gained a huge amount of knowledge around nutrition and what foods I should be aiming to eat daily.I would recommend Kalvyn to anybody looking for a great trainer who puts a lot of time and effort into his clients to help them achieve their goals. Definitely a 5 star service and a great investment to make in yourself!

I did Kalvyn’s 8 week challenge and am definitely happy with the results! I had a goal to tone up and lose belly fat which you can see in my photos. I had been going to gym classes for a while and my progress had plateaued, not seeing much difference in my weight or appearance. After seeing the notice in the gym I thought it was the best chance to change my fitness routine and it’s definitely been something I can carry on after the challenge has finished. I have a different perspective of food and have a bank of workouts I can use on my own (in the gym and at home) so I would definitely recommend his training :) thanks Kalvyn !!!!

What can I say? Kalvyn was absolutely amazing!I had joined his 8 week body transformation challenge as I have my sisters wedding coming up in a few months time and wanted to lose some weight in a gradual, healthy way. I live and work in London where my work schedule is a bit manic. I desperately needed coaching on nutrition as I lacked all ‘macro’ knowledge, in fact I didn’t know anything about them! And I needed guidance on the right type of exercise for my body. It definitely wasn’t easy but Kalvyn was really clear, patient and knowledgeable on how to achieve my goals. I ended up losing a stone in weight and I really feel and see a change in my body I didn’t expect to see in just 8 weeks! I would recommend Kalvyn to friends, family and anyone looking for a change - be prepared to meal prep!! Thank you so much Kalvyn!

It was amazing to participate in the 8 week body transformation challenge that Kalvyn was running, it was exactly what I needed to regain focus on my fitness and nutrition to help lose the body fat gained over winter and lockdown. He was fantastic with the advice on nutrition and coaching to help achieve my goal! I would highly recommend working with him either online or in person, whatever your goal!

My goal working with Kalvyn was a bit generic at the beginning, I wanted to be generally stronger and fitter. I started to get a lot of back pain sitting in an office chair and knew that my health needed to improve in order to sort this out. Kalvyn really helped me to understand exactly what I was looking for and then shaped a programme around the aims that we worked out together. Now I am looking to improve my muscle tone and insure that I keep on top of my exercise with my busy work life.Before I started seeing Kalvyn I found the gym intimidating and in my day to day life I was struggling to find the motivation to exercise. Now I get a varied set of workouts which are tailed specifically to me which are fun to do. He has been brilliant during the pandemic in making sure that I am staying on track even when the gyms are closed.I began working with Kalvyn in 2018, I found him on the Puregym website and was impressed with his qualifications. After meeting for an initial 1 on 1 session I knew we would get on well which was very important to me. We have a laugh and he is very friendly but not afraid to give me a kick up the arse when it’s needed…which with me can be quite often!I have achieved a lot working with Kalvyn, I have lost weight and gained muscle tone which has been brilliant, many of my friend have commented on how much better I have been looking and my back problems have disappeared. Other results that I wasn’t expecting are that I now sleep a lot better, I more focused at work and my mood has improved a lot!I would definitely recomend him, and have done to many of my friends. I Originally I asked for 8 sessions with Kalvyn to help with my back pain, he’s been so good for me that I kept going and have been working out with him for 3 years!
