5 Star plus for Paul Wray and his team. I thoroughly recommend him, he has seen me though a foot injury, a bad knee and most recently a dislocated shoulder. In all cases his calm assessments and treatments have been entirely successful. Plus which Paul works with you to benchmark progress on each visit and to encourage one to keep going on the rehab programmes he sets out. Which I would not have done without him! I can highly recommend Paul to anyone who has a suffered an injury. I was told by a doctor that I had damaged my plantar fasciitis but the exercises that he gave me did not seem to help and my foot got progressively worse. I saw Paul on Monday and he quickly diagnosed that I had a knot in the tendon in my calf that was causing the issue! In addition to releasing the knot he then demonstrated a series of exercises at the end of the session that would help to stretch the tendon in the leg and arch of my foot, following it up with an email containing a document that illustrated them which also proved really helpful. My foot has made a dramatic recovery and from not being able to walk for over a month without pain I can now manage a 30m walk without it.

I have been going to the clinic from time to time with back problems and recently a hamstring problem. Each time I have been treated so well and really do benefit from the experience Toby has in healing the problem. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Paul Wray at the Brakespeare Clinic in Milton Under Wychwood is a dedicated, conscientious physiotherapy practitioner who spends time listening to the patient and explaining his diagnosis clearly.I have just finished a course of treatment with him for a neck problem and have been amazed at his skill and dexterity in alleviating my pain at each session.The practice is set in a characterful Cotswold stone building in the village. Posting on behalf of my Mum....!A few months ago I sustained a shoulder injury and sought help from Paul Wray, physiotherapist at the Breakspeare Clinic. Paul took the time to explain the nature of my injury which was restricting my arm and shoulder movement, thus impacting considerably on my daily life. Over the weeks, Paul developed an exercise programme aimed at restoring my muscle strength and also a series of treatments in the clinic. All combined to produce very good results. The pain is much reduced and my arm and shoulder movement very much improved. I can now easily do the daily tasks that I struggled with before.
