Lucy always does a fantastic job and I always come out feeling like a new person. Lucy understands how my hair has changed in recent months and has cut my hair taking this into account. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable.The service is amazing. Lucy is great to suggest things and actually give you some very useful tips on keeping your hair looking nice. Not only that, she goes over and above to get you an appointment when you need one and can only do certain days or times. I have always come out happy and feeling good and have had many comments on how nice my hair looks.Throughly recommend shampoo.

When you have had your hair done by Lucy, she will make you feel like a million dollars. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only is she a brilliant hairdresser, she is a lovely and beautiful person. ❤️

Such a lovely salon, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lucy has been doing my hair for 10 years and always does a great cut, whether it's a short pixie cut or a longer style. It's lovely to have found a hairdressers that you can rely on and enjoy a chat, coffee and a great hairdo!

Great hairdressing salon. The stylists are wonderful , very attentive and patient. The reception and hair washing staff are lovely too; you get a free head massage with every wash. There's also a free hot drink available if you would like one.

I have been coming to Shampoo hair studio for over 10 years & have never been disappointed with the service, professionalism & friendliness of Lucy & her team. Even during the difficult days of covid when hairdressing salons were especially challenged, there was always a welcome smile & greeting whilst offering profuse apologies for no available refreshments.Whether for a cut, colour or highlights, Lucy has always offered advice if asked & treated her customers with the greatest of respect throughout the treatment but still has time for a sympathetic & listening ear when times for her clients have been difficult.The atmosphere is always warm & friendly & there’s never a hint of discontent amongst the staff, it’s a fabulous salon where you’re made to feel comfortable & relaxed in the hands of an experienced & happy team.
