St Garmon's Church
Until 1865, a 15th century church stood on this site but the failing structure was demolished. The replacement was built in the English style of the period. The inside is undivided, with nave changing to chancel with a few steps. There is a small vestry on the North side of the chancel. The church is fairly plainly decorated but the marble carvings around the altar are particularly notable. The east window of three lights has been dated to 1840 and was made by Shrewsbury glass artist David Evans. The church yard is very well kept, with several entrances into the surrounding roads. There is parking nearby but little specifically for the church.
