Fab buying experience straight from the start. We had done our research in ebikes available all round the UK, but were pleased to find the bike that came top of the list was available not half an hour away from us in N. Ireland. We rang Philip McAllens to check a few details and then decided to go check the bike out before commiting to a purchase.On our first visit everyone was very accomodating and spent plenty of time answering all our questions and even let us have a test ride! Communication throughout our sale was excellent both instore and through facebook.We had wanted some tyre upgrades which we were able to purchase separately and get delivered straight to the shop and the guys actually installed our new wheels for us.On picking up the bikes, everything was done quick and efficiently and they walked us outside where our bikes were beautifully presented.We would highly recommend purchasing from here, too quality, friendly service!

Just purchased an e bike from Phillip McCallen , had been around quite a few bicycle shops but I have to say this place was the best nothing was to much bother, they let me try several bikes when I found the one to suit, all my requirements were met had the bike home same day.A big thankyou to Phillip and all his staff .
