Quality of the products and materials used are excellent and well made but communication is difficult. Installation dates are pushed several times. Windows and doors were installed but not sealed. After noticing one of the sash windows was wobbling, the beads fell out as they were not installed correctly. Each time I call, no one is available to speak to me or address the problems.

Nothing but good things to say. Highly professional, courteous and committed to getting the job right. Delight to have around and attention to detail second to none. Team first reinstated our bedroom shutters and we were so impressed we asked them back to do another set and some windows too. Can't recommend enough
