Recently booked a holiday in the Treorchy store with Ellie. She was extremely helpful and polite and knew exactly what we were looking for. Ellie found an amazing destination for us which we can’t wait to go to! We also visited the store earlier this month for travel money and a travel money card which Paula helped us with. Paula was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the travel money card. We are planning on visiting and booking again for a holiday in September 2024 and will book with Ellie.

Extremely helpful staff. Always cater to our needs and budget. Friendly and welcoming, can't do enough for you.Lots of options and recommendations given for hotels and areas.Staff listen to what we want and find the best place to suit us.Nothing is too much I've had to change my holiday and it was such an easy process.Always use them and will for all future holidays.

I love going to book my holidays here. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.A friend and I went to book a holiday for a group of girls today with no real idea of where we wanted to go…Clare was soooo helpful and spent time to listen to our requirements (all different due to the different personalities holidaying together) suggesting places I would not have thought of visiting and a few I wouldn’t have even know about if it hadn’t been for Clare…thank you Clare (and your colleagues) for helping us to book our next years’ summer get together in the same way that we were helped last year by you to book this years’ summer get together…..we’ll obvs be back again…Lynette and Ceryl xx

Booked over the phone with Seren at treorchy branch. Seren dealt with the booking very professionaly and explained in detail about the hotel.Seren was recommended by a work colleague,as I usually use tonypandy branch. After my experience with the professionalism of Seren,I would definitely recommend using the treorchy branch,and if possible asking for Seren to deal with it. Thankyou again Seren. .

Always recieve a very warm welcome into the store. With having some idea as to what holiday we wanted and whom was going, the staff there were extremely helpful. Staff member Claire attended to our booking and was extremely helpful, very patient and knowledgeable about the different resorts and destinations and always keeps our needs in mind. Nothing is ever too much trouble however many times we go in! Cant wait for our holidays!
