The products here are beautifully displayed, the staff are very attentive and take your needs into account. They ahve a great variety of products depending on your needs. I was very pleased with the quality and the price of the products, made it very easy to spend money with them. The staff weren't pushy about any extras and made sure that the experience was pleasant

I recommend this place. I had a nice gold chain. And I tried to be cheap to get it repaired.....Came here, yes paid a bit more, but the service was fantastic, and the work was guaranteed.Lesson learnt, not worth going cheap on something important like this

If you want that extra bit of service when choosing an engagement ring, don’t go here. I came in here with my fiancé to choose an engagement ring and literally the staff were just like, oh we’ve got rings here here and here, pointing in an off hand way. No one came to help me choose or give me any sort of advice, which upset me a little bit. Went somewhere else in the end.

Unfriendly staff who couldn’t even be bothered to move as she was stood over the jewelery we were keen on getting, let alone ask if she could be of any assistance as we were in the store for a good 10min . Felt extremely undervalued.Went to the next nearest jewelers on the same street and got my diamond engagement ring from there instead . Perhaps this wasn’t meant to be. Will never recommend this store to anyone else either.

We had to change a ring that Dad bought Mum for Christmas due to it being too small... Dad sadly passed away, so the ring means so much to Mum. Alicia sorted everything out perfectly, such a friendly and empathetic service. I won't buy jewellery from anywhere else now!

Bought a nice Casio watch. The shop matched internet price so I was very happy. Unfortunately the staff (manager) was unable to set the display so I was given a refund. I found instructions on line and went back the next day, set the display, and bought it again. They adjusted the strap for me. After wearing it 2 minutes the strap fell apart. Went back to the shop and was given a refund but no explanation or apology. Not happy since I did want the watch more than I wanted the money - that's why I bought it!

Would have done better if they had stocked the type of watch I need. Hubby had a good choice, but I need a strap that has no buckle or snap fastening, that is why I get a magnetic strap, they had none.
