Last Sunday late afternoon (23/07), we parked our car in the car park and visited the showroom and then the outdoor used cars area. Later, whilst outside, a family approached us, informing that the car park was locked and there wasn’t a way for them to leave. Unfortunately, the store was closed, and no staff was there to help us. We were all left stranded. I had to get my friend came to collect my wife and I, and we retrieved the car the following day. In the future, kindly check for customers in the outdoor show area before closing/ locking the car park to avoid such situations.

When I went to Jemca Toyota Croydon, I was welcome by Will Fuly. He was very polite, helpful, friendly and obliging. I had a list of questions which he willingly and competently answered. It was my first dealing with an automatic and a hybrid car. He patiently explained how it worked and made me feel confident for the test drive.He clearly explained the financial options and the optional extras and did not push me into buying anything I did not want.After I had ordered the car he emailed me to let me know the expected date of arrival of the car. I was very happy with the service I received from him.
