Great gym with a great team making a name for themselves on the competition circuit.I started off a total beginner and now i can't wait to hit the mats and get rolling every week.Coach Saul Rogers is the real deal. Great mma fighter with a track record and he is an excellent coach. Very patient and is happy to explain every technique in detail until its fully understood.Timetable has something on for everybody and new classes are added often.Can't say enough good things. Will be a long time student here for sure.
