rubbish service really rude, mouthy and who has no decency or decorum, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, overpriced also

Friendly and helpful owner who was happy to deliver my elderly father's newspaper to his care home on a regular basis.

Friendly, helpful, familial shop/ sub post office with good selection of both dry goods and drinks. Post office always very helpful. Some queuing since Covid as limited numbers can enter but worth it and far better to park here (very convenient) and see a smile than use high street.

top notch. When I walk in I feel like an old friend, it almost like they know what I need before I ask. Good people!

You can get most things from there, but didn't have what I needed (malibu).. & the old lady was more interested in her phone call, than Severn me.

I have to get the bus to work. I topped up a tenner on my oyster card at this shop. The next day, I went to get on the bus, and the oyster kept being declined not enough money on there"

Went to return a parcel and was told 'unfortunately not I don't have any bags'... Get some then! You're a drop off point. Wasted journey.

Honest review!I’ve live locally for over 10 years and have visited this shop a handful of times.The young couple that run the shop I cannot fault them at all, they greet you like an old friend always, friendly, informative service with a smile.However, the more mature lady (grandma) who you may encounter early mornings, really does let the shop down, she is reason why I do not visit more regularly.Every occasion I have visited she has been rude, always tries to short change me and for some reason always throws the money back into hand.Be sure to do your maths and stay on the ball as she is way more together than she makes out to be!Would love to have given more than one star but grandma let’s the team down!
