Derek Duff is efficient and quick at his job and is a very nice individual. We have always had a good experience with him.

Absolutely shambolic, came to an agreed upon date for the transaction and was off by 6 months. When trying to contact the financial advisor" and asked to come down to see him he "had to leave urgently" and i was greeted with what seemed like a well rehearsed show of "hes not here and there are is no one in the building who can help" (the best thing about the whole service was the actresses performance) this was before i could even say the name of the "financial advisor" i intended to speak to."

We were recommended Gary and Albyn Associates from 2 seperate sets of friends a couple of years ago.
