Bought a tyre yesterday, drove like 5 min from there place in to petrol station realised tyre didn't have much Air went near it noticed a sound as if air was coming out. Had a proper check only to be left shocked to see that there was a nail in it. Never going back

I thought its only fair leaving a review based on our experience over the last three years.Both myself and my wife have been getting our cars washed / valeted from here for the last three years.I would typically get my car washed every weekend due to the huge motorway mileage I do and a mini valet every fortnight (breakfast and dinner on the move). I can say without any reservation that my car has always been cleaned to a very high standard.The staff are friendly.We are relocating due to work, but have told all our friends about this car wash.Alex

Not sure why my previous review is not here anymore but I am happy to leave another one to inform people of the things this garage does. I had my car at this garage in 2020, they had an accident with it, they never informed me, I was told long later (by my insurance) after I had to pay extra to my insurance for it. 2 years I chased and tried to get them to pay for it (the damage of the car hit and my car plus taking the accident on their insurance) and they never cooperated. I took them to court and I won then they only paid for it but never agreed to take it on their insurance despite the fact that I won on liability as per the judge verdict. They said in court they don't even have INSURANCE for their staff to drive the vehicles and the vehicles are always taken out for tests. He said to the judge that staff doesnt take the cars out for tests and I stayed there so many times and seen the cars including my car being taken out for tests. They don't even make employment paperwork to the employees and initially the manager lied in the court process that the guy who took my car out for test was never employed to the garage!!! He (the manager), however, at one point, mistaken to say the staff was there for a month (which was a lie, he was there for many months) and had to go by the fact that his employee had the accident. I still pay a lot on my insurance for the accident they had despite being now non-fault but I paid 3 years as a FAULT ACCIDENT, WHEN I WASN'T EVEN PRESENT AT THE ACCIDENT. Appalling characters / humans (I can't call them people), never thought I would find humans and companies like this in the UK. DISGUSTING!

Fitted my daughters car in for mot at short notice . Friendly and helpful will use again.

He asked me he would charge £40 for repair and then he charged extra and broke my car window button and made a lame excuse. I don't recommend

Avoid, cowboys, no customer service, would never use again. Unreliable, no expertise. Charged me £230 for the exhaust. Went back as fault code was showing, booked in a time slot and was told ramps aren't free, can't check it. Eventually checked after an argument but they wanted more money for a sensor they broke whilst refitting.

Booked in an MOT today and it was completed within 2 hours, the guys there were great, really polite and friendly. No complaints.

Would strongly recommend. Staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. I got my Mot and a Full service. I now advise my friends and family to come here to as they are reliable.

Repaired my car under warranty from a nearby car sales company. Ali the mechanic did a great job and showed me all the work carried out. I don’t live in bury but if I did I’d use them. Highly recommended.
