Loved it!! Rediscovered my talent for folk art. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere and the kids enjoyed it too

This is a lovely little studio, I've not been to many pottery places but it is expensive for a day out with kids very small pottery items to paint start at around £8 which the kids don't tend to go for, otherwise a mug starts at £20 and so on..... there's a few refreshments on offer, I believe its under new management, we had a little run through of how to use the paints etc, my main issue was getting intouch with the place, constantly ringing, no answer or closed, no response to answer message, the lady did say WiFi was up and down but this happened on a few occasions when trying to call which I found a little disappointing and potentially could loose them business - owner replied to comments and I completely understand it can be difficult and hope things can be resolved in regards to contact, as I mentioned primarily its a lovely place to go and for us to spend family time and I would recommend despite these initial technical problems x

Excellent place. Fun to paint your own object, but the lady on the desk. Just wow! Please act like you really want people to visit not like it's a chore to have them there.Was asked when I visited, was unable to answer the the question below, so had to add it on here.So in answer to the owners question I visited on 18/04/19 @ approximately 4pm. My daughters took me for a birthday surprise, had to have a late appointment (I appreciate you close at 5pm), due to one daughter still being in school. There were 2 other tables there also and we were not planning on staying later than 5 obviously, but we felt like we were a burden.Such a shame.

Great idea, customer service is a bit poor. Not really service with a smile. Products were left to be put in the kiln and I was assured that smudges would be removed and sorted before it was finished and put in the kiln, this didn't happen. Overall I like the idea, disappointed by the service and lack of helpful, friendly staff. Final Product finish was good but would of been nicer if they had done what they said they would. Great potential

I really enjoyed painting a plate here , lovely atmosphere and super helpful staff .

Nice staff and good selection of pots and mugs to paint. It's quite small so it gets crowded easily, and if there is a birthday party, it gets very noisy.Not cheap either, but worth the effort, and very happy with our results :)Will go again. Haven't tried their selection of snacks and drinks.

Excellent service. Granddaughter aged 4 really enjoyed it. Lots to choose from . Reasonably priced. A little more instructions for first timers would be good. Would definitely return .

I love this place, came with young kids who now go without us. A lovely way to spend an afternoon with a beautiful ‘take away’ once fired and finished

Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere however the colours came out darker then they said it would. Would definitely come here again and recommend to others!
