I have just purchased a watch from this shop and had the pleasure of dealing with David. I have to say that the experience was outstanding! Very, very knowledgeable in his field and was very patient with me as I found it really hard to narrow my choices down. Would highly recommend and I will certainly be back in the future.

I bought a Cartier watch pre-owned from another retailer for my fiance's wedding gift, it came missing links & didn't fit. I called Berry's in Newcastle the colleague was very helpful, we travelled close to an hour, the two colleagues super helpful in-store ordered us 5 links from Cartier after making detailed checks. Received a call yesterday the links had arrived after only a week, we traveled to Berrys & a colleague fitted the new links in under 30 minutes. We are both over the moon as it now fits perfectly, at first we were worried we would have to send the watch back for a refund but Berry's saved the day! Thanks again!

An easy, non-pressurised experience of choosing and subsequently purchasing a watch at Berry’s, Newcastle. Lee was patient and genuine, when the wife pondered over what watch to choose. Finally, after deciding on what to buy, an additional link was required. This wasn’t a problem and Lee sorted this without any fuss. When returning to collect the watch, Lee was busy, so in stepped his colleague Lana, who was as friendly and efficient as Lee was, and even offered a gift. Both Lee and Lana were, in my view, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistants’ without using any sort of pressure.Would definitely return if further purchases are required.
