Gloucester Taxi Company

Booked a taxi for Xmas day a few days before. Never arrived and when I called them apparently I never did book it. Got proof on my home phone I did. Awful service.

Do not use this companyTrip into Gloucester (1.8 miles) was charged at £7.40. Same journey a short time later was £14 ......No meter running and almost as soon as I got in the cab it was as though the prices were just being made up.How can a 3 minute journey cost £14 ??? Driver even started dropping the price as I complainedRip off

These guys went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation.Our car broke down at 4am Saturday morning on the a40 in the middle of nowhere (40 minutes journey away from Gloucester) when we were on our way home from the airport. We tried 15 breakdown companies and nowhere was able to help until at least 8am.I called Gloucester taxi company and they helped us out massively. They asked us to share exact location on WhatsApp and came to pick us up when nobody else would.To make it even better they didn’t start the meter until they picked us up!! Our driver was very friendly and really lifted our spirits after a long nights travel with no sleep.It goes without saying that I would recommend these guys to anyone, doing what they did to help us shows a genuine care for someone in stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Useless. Couldn't even find way to our address to pick us up with instructions. Walked 10 minutes to try and meet driver but he hadn't even been able to find a main road that i'd spelled out and then said he was lost and find another taxi! I have more sense of direction when drunk!

This was the only taxi company that would agree to take our party out to the Forest of Dean in the snow. They got everyone as near to their house as possible and we are very grateful.

Do. Not. Book. Worst taxi company in Gloucester. Booked a cab in advance to get to and back from a wedding and no one showed up. Phoned to see where they are and said they would send someone and still no one showed. Had to phone another company to get home.Edit: eventually we were picked up and the driver said it was one rogue driver but I'm still not sure.

Charged £20 for a <10 min journey outrageous. They are scam taxis.

Very poor serviceOvercharged by £5 for a 10min journey.Office staff was rude when I phoned to enquire. Disgraceful company with I'll mannered staff. Avoid at all costs. Google associate taxi for gloucester because from experience they charge us £5 less.Avoido avoid.

Secunda Way to Kingsway £20 Cash only! Seriously!

Quoted £40 to go from Gloucester to Cheltenham.Starline Taxis are £20 from Chelt to Glos. Then when I refused they kept dropping the price.Bunch of robbers.
