Arlington Design: Kitchen Showroom Yorkshire (Leeds)

I don’t often write reviews but I was compelled to do one for Barry, Natalie, Kris and all the team at Arlington Design. Setting off on building our forever home, we wanted to create our perfect kitchen. We went to several companies and were so impressed with the show room at Arlington Design. There are so many decisions to make about every conceivable detail of their kitchens. Despite the enormous range, their methods allow you to clearly navigate the process without getting overwhelmed. We were hugely impressed by their Beeck range of German Kitchens. The attention to detail in the product is exceptional from the build up, the quality of the components, the finish and customisation. Natalie the designer is incredibly talented. When Natalie sat down and showed us her designs on the big screen we were blown away. She thinks about every conceivable detail of your kitchen ensuring they are practical and have an unbelievable wow factor. She really listened to our brief and she got it from day one. She then proceeded to guide us through the process for many months all the way through to completion, always cheerful, polite, professional and very personable. We were made to feel like one of the family and genuinely nothing was too much trouble. Barry was exceptional from the outset and his advice and direction allowed us to bring our dream kitchen on price and on time. He stayed in touch all the way through at all hours of day and night. Kris and his team would stop at nothing to make the kitchen perfect, nothing was rushed and they comprehensively snagged the kitchen themselves. They take absolute pride in their work, and do not cut corners. This was a major project, I think one of the largest they have ever done and they absolutely smashed it! Thank you so much to you all!In short, if you are looking to create your dream kitchen, I could not recommend the team at Arlington Design enough. They have Honesty, Integrity, Passion Flare, Professionalism, Customer Service and Value for Money in abundance. Just Exceptional.

The Arlington team are just amazing! Everyone, from designer to fitter, is excellent & a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, they couldn’t do enough!My kitchen designer, Natalie, made regular visits throughout the building prep. The fact that she also made a “kitchen visit” six months after completion, speaks volumes!I’ve had a few kitchens fitted over the years but none of them gave “after care” !Having your kitchen (the heart of your home) ripped out & refitted, is pretty stressful.However, these amazing people made that transition as easy & relaxed as possible.For that, I am eternally grateful!To anyone needing a new kitchen, I highly recommend Arlington Kitchens.They go that extra mile!!Many, many thanks to The A Team!

I am so glad before I started. They showed be true colors, just managed to to make a plan for kitchen , was waiting for the price fron Natley to give us. We called her numerous of time, and visited to see why Natalie was not returning our calls. Eventually I got an email saying sorry been busy and now I am on annual leave contact me on such date. I then called manager never got a call back from him either. Well you know what u can do .. as I don't have time to chase.It's not the company who is bad, but its the employees who give a bad name to a company.

Great service from Natalie lots to view and look at really looking forward to the second visit to see Natalies hard work and designs update! Service still great kitchen ordered the team have lots of knowledge and also have trades people which also come highly recommended do not hesitate to use

Recommended by a friend, we visited the Arlington Kitchen Showroom late last year and fell in love with one of the kitchen displays there. Needing a new kitchen, post-renovation, we chose to work with Arlington immediately after meeting their superb team. Throughout the design stage, Natalie worked meticulously to ensure that she captured all of our needs, whilst being mindful of budget. She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when we needed to tweak the designs on more than one occasion. She understood that this is a 'process' and as things come to life, then the requirements change over time. We were always kept up to date with developments throughout the process which gave us peace of mind and set our expectations accordingly. From there on, Craig project managed the installation process with regular communication, site visits and a positive attitude. Craig ensured that the kitchen fit went smoothly and jumped on any issues that arose. In addition, Gary the fitter was incredibly skillful and friendly and approached the fit as if it was his own kitchen.Arlington Kitchen Showroom comes very high recommended from us!

I recommended my Brother in Law staying in Leeds Arlington Design Kitchen manufacturers for their new home. They did a fabulous job, exactly as per our vision. The end results, it seems, was way better than what my sister had been looking forward to. I managed to get a good discount too. You can trust them to do a superb job.

I usually dont do reviews but i need to write this, We have purchased our kitchen from Arlington, fantastic quality kitchen, best customer service, professional fitter, hassle free, very friendly staff, highly recommend them.

We have had 3 kitchens in as many years from Arlington. My son in Luton, son in Leeds and a kitchen in a holiday home. in Mallorca! From initial concept & design to installation, they have been helpful & extremely knowledgeable about their products. Price has been competitive and I'm really impressed with the quality of the kitchens as well as the installation. Stone worktops fit was remarkable with all of them and any minor niggles were rectified in a timely fashion. Thank you Barry and all of your friendly team.

We had a tight budget for our new kitchen as we were renovating the whole house so originally were looking at Ikea.We were recommended Colin at Arlington Design and assumed it would be totally out of our price range but he persuaded us to at least let him quote. Colin worked to our exact wishlist and budget, steering me away from the highest end items I fell in love with in the showroom and finding me similar affordable alternatives.We wanted a minimalist kitchen that wouldn't date in a few years and would blend in with our open plan living space. Having a busy family home, we incorporated plenty of storage and low maintenance Corian worktops. I really love the kitchen and Arlington Design worked together with our builders to ensure the project was as stress free as it could be.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We moved into a house with an Arlington Design kitchen already installed by the previous owners (one of the reasons the house was so attractive to us).We wanted to add to it to make our open plan layout all tie in together.Colin and his team had some amazing ideas of how to use our awkward spaces around an old chimney breast and the finished products not only look amazing but are standing up to the rigours of our growing family.Rick coordinated everything brilliantly when it came to installation and Adrian is the nicest kitchen fitter you could meet.
