Blocked loo! Jordan and his brother were absolutely excellent, they arrived right on time as arranged and discussed the problem. Jordan explained clearly what he would be doing to identify the blockage and location, kept us updated every step of the way, and in layman's terms. Their wide professional experience means they know exactly what to do and quickly cleared the blockage. Everywhere was left totally immaculate. During the work another issue within the pipework was identified and they will be back to deal with that too. I highly recommend.
