Excellent service

The best car place in Portsmouth. Mechanics are top of the range, repairs are excellent, service is incredible, costs are exceptionally fair and if these guys can make a curmudgeonly old git like me happy, then they must be brilliant. I trust them with my car, my wifes' & my daughters, that is the best advert for them - not once have we ever had to worry about cost, work or trust in our mechanics

I went to M&H in April 2018 for a service and parts. I paid over the phone and returned the following week to retrieve my invoice and proof of service which staff couldn’t find. I returned again in June and a lady stated that she has been hired to organise the paperwork and she would hand deliver it to my address. By July I had still not heard or received anything.I paid over £500 and have no proof of the work provided nor do o have my receipt of payment. I phoned oncemore and still nothing. I have now waited 6 months to give this company an opportunity to find the invoice and their resolution was that they can ‘re-write one’. I’m not sure how this would work, as it seems more like a guessing game. I always try to support local businesses but M&H you have really letyourself down.Very unprofessional and disorganised.I will not be recommending in the future.
