I popped into Merlin carpets on Thursday to look at carpets for my bedroom, a lovely lady named Suzanne assisted me in the shop and I was lucky enough to be booked in for the next day !The carpet fitter (I didn’t catch his name) was super quick and has done a lovely job, especially as I had a wardrobe that couldn’t be moved and he has carpeted around it. The carpet is beautiful, thank you so much

I walked into the shop on Monday morning, and was lucky enough to find a remnant in my size, at a great price! Carpet was fitted this morning by a delightful guy! Shop phoned me afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything, Fantastic! Rare! Customer Service.

Merlin Carpets fitted our lounge bedrooms and landing for us. The carpet is amazing and a great colour. Firstly I want to express how amazing the staff at this establishment is. All staff I have met and dealt with were informative, kind and helpful. The manager gave me such good advise for the right fit for my lifestyle and handy tips for cleaning and maintenance.I would go again to shop here at Merlin Carpets! It beats all mainstream shops who are only concerned with making money. Honestly come to buy your carpets here you won't be disappointed by the service the two managers are such a dynamic duo! Don't wait your time with the mainstream shop local !!!

Well I can honestly say I won’t be using or recommending this carpet company purely because of the owner of the shop.He totally ballsed up our order, we waited 9weeks for our Carpet but that wasn’t the shops fault was due to Covid-19. A lot of time went by the shop never called us to (double check) that the order was correct, carpet fitters turned up with the wrong carpet and we was left with all our belongings in the front room for over a week!. I rang the shop owner to see if he could drop the price abit due to pure inconvenience caused, any good shop owner would, that’s how you keep the customers happy and coming back in years to come with good reviews etc! he was extremely rude & stubborn, incredible really when he ballsed up the order, go elsewhere as by the looks of it small jobs are not his priority!!
