We called here two days before Christmas and it was very busy, there was a lot of customers in a que waiting to be served, but the staff where very nice and helpful even under pressure.

Came instore today to buy a gold nomination bracelet along with my mother n law & my baby daughter . Waited about 15mins before anyone could help us. Eventually went to the nomination counter, the assistant that was there young girl long brown hair who served us had a terrible attitude she made us feel so out of place was not willing to help in any way when we asked about could we buy a gold nomination bracelet where she proceeded to say we don't do that it's link only and how many links do u want as we didn't know how many links really as it was present for my mother but proceeded to stand and look at us instead of willing to help us with counting links or any help would have been appreciated, as me and my mother & law both bought are nominations from there and family circle, it was never a problem to buy the bracelat then charms separate it has obviously changed which she could have told us but instead made us feel uncomfortable. I continued to say we will come back another time as she wasn't any help and walked out, I was willing to buy bracelet with at least four charms so she has lost my custom and I will never be in the shop again as I'm in for every occasion to buy family jewellery etc and from today onwards I will no longer shop in argento Ballymena.

I bought a Pandora ring a few months ago from this store. I can tell you now, the material they use cannot be Sterling Silver. This ring literally has squished into an oval mess and 2 crystals popped out of it. When I went in to try and sort this out with this store, the woman said It must've bent on your finger and it would be cheaper to buy a new ring". Considering I can't even put the ring on my finger anymore

Went here to buy 4 Pandora charms with a value of £110 but changed my mind after the sales assistant was rather rude by saying she didn't like the ones I had chosen then proceeded to chew gum and roll her eyes at me when I asked to see another charm. So I decided to keep my money and buy my charms elsewhere. I have bought a lot of charms from here before, but I'm sorry I won't be back
