I came on Saturday 11th June 2022 as my Innokin Kroma-Z stopped registering my coil. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name but he was so helpful. He hadn’t long started at VPZ but he did what he could do help and called his manager to advise. The manager said that the pod wasn’t working so as a good will gesture as I was still in warranty, they replaced the pod for me and it now seems to be working great. I didn’t have my receipt but they managed to find it through my store card which was great. He also helped me with what machine he would recommend me to upgrade to when the time comes. Went above and beyond to help and I am now almost 9 months smoke free :)

As being brand new to vaping, I entered the union street store and was welcomed by the very friendly helpful Daniela!She talked me through everything that I needed to know about the products and had vast knowledge of them all and her recommendations were perfect for me, the products are great and quality of the liquid is amazing.Since starting to vape I have been in several time and I always feel welcome.Daniela’s customer service is fantastic and it’s always a joy to see her, she should definitely get a bonus / employee of the year award / pay rise.Keep up the good work.

The shop has a rotation of polite, cheery and knowledgeable staff who are always more than happy to help you with whatever you require, be it what coil goes with with a certain device or what cakey vape liquid would pair with a chocalety note and if you don't know what I'm talking about then get yourself down to VPZ and ask them, tell them I said hi!
