Good service with easy access. Large carpark (good phone signal from the carpark so you can easily order via click and collect then walk straight in to pick it up from the counter).

Ordered a tap for next day collection as it was out of stock so had to come from the distribution centre... this is the 3rd day and no communication from screwfix Bodmin at all informing me of delays despite me ringing twice and being promised it was due in by lunchtime today... I have spent over half hour on the telephone even being promised a call back from customer services yet nothing this is beyond a joke... I have had fantastic service at ALL other screwfixes but clearly Bodmin doesn't make the grade

Assistant manager is lovely. There was a problem with my order but she worked around it and resolved it for me ASAP. Brilliant customer service. Definitely go back.

I remember the days you walk in and ask for something and they would help you find it, tbh they still do, I'm guessing it's just the new old fella not wanting to work on a Tuesday mornings,Shame tho usual lady that serves is a darling and a legand. She's always be very helpful,

I don't do this very often but the level of customer service I had was one of the best from Dawn at the Bodmin branch. That's one member of staff that needs recognition. She was friendly and very professional. She checked inside the box for me and reprinted the receipt as well as telling me how to register my guarantee all without asking. I will be using this screwfix from now on.

Needed to travel to Bodmin to exchange a pump incorrectly purchased where I spoke with a young lady who resolved the problem with enthusiasm and professionally.I rate the staff full marks .
