The staff here are so out of their depth. Huge queues in both restaurant and drive through going out into the road. Ordered food and they missed items off when clearly told at order window. Checked the order on screen and it was fine went and paid and got too the collection window and they missed multiple items off the order, woman asked for the receipt and bag back and said everything on the receipt was in there but they’d taken items back off in the process of trying to use a monopoly sticker as well. Second window couldn’t give a toss and the queue was too big too go back around for something they should have done in the first place anyway. Manager here needs their head looking at.

Always very slow service even when it's not busy, not uncommon to wait 15 minutes. The food is generally poor and my order is always wrong, I always order a large coffee and always get given a regular! Furthermore today I got completely the wrong coffee, staff are mostly teens who don't seem very friendly or fast at putting a muffin together, avoid this one if you can

Food poisoning from this McDonald's. Twice in six months I have been diagnosed with Gastroenteritis after eating here. I contacted head office which referred me back to the restaurant who refunded me the money paid for the meal which is I suppose is better than nothing considering I've spent four day's in bed vomiting, stomach cramps, fever and diarrhea. On the plus side I've lost 6lbs in weight!I was advised by the restaurant a strict hand washing policy is in place (Every 30 Minutes) but Gastroenteritis is usually spread from feces and ingested orally which means staff going to the toilet are not washing their hands when going back to preparing food. I never left a review the first time this happened in May 2023 but having experienced this again after eating the exact same meal in November 2023 the restaurant needs to seriously look at it's hygiene standards because it is giving its customers food poisoning.

The food and hot drinks weren’t packed properly. Hot drinks were all over my food and couldn’t accept it. Rang them up and experienced the most unhelpful and unprofessional way of dealing with an issue. The girl called Ellie was blaming Just Eat platform where it’s nothing to do with them. Very disappointed.

Really gone down hill. Staff struggle to understand simple orders. Training seems to have been abandoned. Took 20 minutes to successfully order 6 items of food.

Some of my normal Mcdonald Staff are here until there's is redone so good to see them again...never a problem always polite and friendly..well except one time but was sorted out fast they were sacking him anyway I was told

Bought 5 bacon and egg muffins with cheeseNo bloody cheese on any and were as hard as cricket balls, everyone threw em in the bin. £15 wasted .. never again
