One of the worst experiences, no care, no attention to detail. Is it really professional to be served by someone eating and drinking while working?To make it worse they advertise with pictures of products they don’t even sell.

A welcome sit down, for a couple of sandwiches, a couple of cakes and drinks...(Table space came up fairly quickly.)We spent about £34 for 5 people.

Server was in another world, not attentive and seemingly oblivious to customer comments about fly’s sitting on the cakes/croissants. Another member of staff had to take control (5 stars for her) and verbally fire a rocket up their sleepy behinds. Expensive products, very poor service. Only purchase sealed items.

Burn the place down, fire all the useless employees, no customer service, the staff there ( slim one with glasses) didn't care at all, we ordered carrot cake and we were told there were no spoons, I insisted for them to find one and they didn't care, on top of it they wanted to charge more, when questioned they change the price without apologizing. One of the worst experience, I will never go back.

I was served by an older looking guy wearing a turban. This guy was very disinterested in providing any proper service. The mocha he made was horrible. There was no politeness to this guy. He seemed very disengaged and was told several times by the cashier to make my drink. This was the worse customer service experience I had at Legoland.
