I've got a bit of a sweet tooth and I always have to pop into hotel chocolat anytime I'm in braehead. They're not the cheapest in the world but they always have a great selection of yummy treats and there's always something new for us to try.

People keep talking about the staff.Staff is lovely.But the chocolate is disgusting, and it's a chocolate shop, oh well.1/5 I'm afraid, made me and my 2 friends feel sick with just a little.

Love their chocolate but I recently got some for my 18th that my mum bought last week and they’re out of date. She should of checked the date on them, but understandably they shouldn’t be stocking out of date product :/

Love this place, chocolate milk and dark always tasty. Not a fan of the white chocolate, really dont like the taste of it from here . Hot chocolate not the greatest. Staff helpful

Went here on Monday and Rachel was incredibly helpful. I mentioned how I did not receive my birthday voucher email and she helped me out by applying the voucher at the till. Very great service and of course the chocolates are divine!

The young lady who served me today (26/07/19) was an absolute delight. She provides me with lots of details about the array of vegan products and made the effort to chat to my two young daughters. A genuine person who is a credit to the company.
