Free Spirit Yoga Holidays

Just returned from the most amazing yoga retreat in Gambia. I was slightly apprehensive initially, travelling to Afica on my own, but the minute I arrived at Footsteps I felt relaxed. This magical little place is a haven of peace and tranquility set in the midst of nature. Our small group was led by Caroline who expertly accommodated the various ages and abilities in our group.Looking forward to returning.

Thank you so much Jilly for organising such a brilliant yoga holiday in Calabria, Italy at the fabulous Grand hotel San Michele .... without you we would not have visited, enjoyed and loved this beautiful place. Great to get to know you and Tony too and to meet and share our week with such a lovely group. Really hope to go again, Nicki & Anne
