Not on my usual shopping list, but managed to buy 2 dresses, one an uber bargain because it was faulted but something so easily fixed, and another with 20% off. Other than that i wouldn't be paying the prices because they aren't matched by quality.

I have been just to the shop with my family and kids!!I bought a gift for my wife a jumpsuit for £34.99.My wife put it on only once and for an hour!The material tear all along the trouser !! She can not really put it on again, it’s a very bad quality material and we bought it only 4 weeks ago.Now the problem is with the manager who has no experience with dealing with customers and has no listening skills!! She kept arguing it’s my wife who damaged it as must have sat on something!! We explained she only went for an hour and sat beside me in the bus and all of the sudden we realised these tear into the material.Manager interrupted , no refund ! It’s my wife who damaged it and that it’s a good material!!!My wife and I very disappointed with this shop and brand, and more with the staff who work there. I left it to them on the table and walked away disappointed with my wife and kids!NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This has gone so downhill! When Jane was manager, her staff were extremely polite and willing to help. This used to be one of my favourite shops but one lady who works there now was incredibly rude to my friend and I feel I have to say something!The lady in description had blonde curly hair, was dressed in leather shorts and wore a lot of makeup. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. I've worked in customer service for 12 years, I get it. You can have a bad day but she forgot to charge my friend for earrings and when my friend asked if she had put them through, she looked down at the desk, avoiding eye contact and said No." She didn't apologise so my friend said to leave it. She just continued to pout moodily avoiding all eye contact with my friend and thrust her bag at her and said "There we go." She did the same with me and we felt like we were not welcome

As lovely as the style of the clothes are, the quality is just terrible. One wear and the stitching is coming apart.. has happened multiple times with multiple different items.
