I went to collect 2 parcels, and the man at the counter was unhelpful and absolutely rude. He couldn't find my parcels and took on his frustration on me for not finding them in one of his piles.. I can't believe he even shouted, Where is your parcel?" at me as if I knew that. Needless to say that I felt without my parcels."

It's a shop with the stuff you think a shop will have, not a big shop,,, but it's not a big shop so by if you expect big shop stuff,,, go to a big shop!! This is a little shop with the stuff you want from a ickle shop!!!

Guy was rude as you like. Barking ‘We don’t do parcels on Saturday Monday to Friday only’ I look confused then he proceeded to actually do his job as paid to do but moan constantly about it. Will be organising a boycott of the city lads for every home game he can do one! Here’s an idea cancel your contract with yodel if you can’t be bothered

I have dropped off a couple parcels and the lady on a Saturday was very kind and helpful. Fast forward a few days I return to do the same thing and the man who was manning the till that say refused to serve me because he couldn’t be bothered. I left and now have to find another store. Terrible service! If you don’t want to accept parcels then don’t sign up to Yodel! My. God.

Useless and disorganised for collecting parcels. Expect a long wait and unhelpful service. Also I was told I wasn't able to drop a parcel off on a Saturday as they didn't have room for parcels until after the weekend so I had to arrange to go back on Monday.

I really don’t want to leave this review but I feel compelled given my bad experiences visiting this store.The staff have not been pleasant in regards to collecting yodel parcels, I’ve come away feeling very anxious as they have been rude or angry about anything to do with the parcels. They have refused to accept my parcels on a number of occasions and they regularly run out of stickers so they’re not able to print labels. I’ve wasted many journeys now and will not return for the reasons above.I would suggest that if the parcel situation is such a hassle for you, then don’t agree to do it.
