We employed the services of Carnegie Estate Agents and in Alastair we had an extremely attentive and accommodating estate agent. Alastair undertook all aspects of the advertisement, sale and liaising with the buyer in a professional yet sensitive manner both towards ourselves and the purchaser. Alastair always looked to manage our expectations whilst providing professional guidance to ensure a smooth transition to the ultimate sale. Furthermore, living locally in the Dulwich area Alastair was best placed to provide a unique insight for any potential buyer which many of the chain estate agents were not be able to do.

I would recommend Alastair to anyone looking to sell a house. He was very helpful, responsive and I always felt he was acting in my best interest. My sale was a very long and challenging one, with lots of difficulties from solicitors etc and Alastair remained calm (even when I wasn't!) and ensured a good line of communication between me and the buyer.If I could give more stars I would!
