Matt Coello looked after the purchase of my new car. First class salesman and a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble. Was kept informed about delivery and the sales process was easy and trouble free. This is how it should be done. I have received an excellent service from the Sales Executive Mohammed. It was very easy to place an order for the car. He always in touch with me and updated me, what stages was the car with manufacturer. When car arrived at the garage he contacted me by phone for the collection of the car. He collected me from the train station on the day I have arrived to collect the car. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I received from the garage.

[Apologies in advance for the essay!]My mum decided that it was time for a new car and so she and I visited a few dealerships only to be met with disappointment, shady sales practices and a total lack of respect in one particular instance.Starting to feel defeated, we found the right car for the right price on Sutton Park's Burton website and decided to call to see if we could drive up to see it.The call was answered by Matt C, who was very friendly, polite and enthusiastic, inviting us to come and see the car whenever it suited us, and where to find him once we'd arrived.To our surprise, when we got there, there were in fact 3 cars that would all have suited my mum perfectly, each of a similar age and mileage but two were of a slightly higher spec.Matt let us look around all three, giving us the time to start them up, inspect them and make our own decision. He was there when we needed to ask a question but did not force any choices upon us whatsoever. He gave us nothing but transparency and, most importantly to me, he treated my mum with respect where so many others in the motor trade have simply dismissed her. Matt didn't do this at all - he listened to her, made sure that she was absolutely in control of the decision and answered every question she had.Mum decided on which of the three she would like and we went for a test drive. She is a very nervous driver when it comes to an unfamiliar area, especially with a passenger she doesn't know, so for the first part of the test, I took the car out to an area that Matt suggested which was quieter and more suited for my mum to take over - which was perfect. The way Matt had been with us had already calmed her nerves, and she did great with the test drive, and Matt let her do what she needed - no pushiness and he even managed to hide his terror as she drove ! (Joking, of course!)Upon returning to the dealership, the first question Matt had for us was tea or coffee?" which was exactly what the doctor had ordered. Whilst he kindly sorted our drinks out

Having just purchased my Renault Austral from this dealership my experience was very positive. From placing the order with Mo upto handover everything went smoothly. At Handover the car was presented immaculately and Mo was very patient in explaining all facets and features of the car and went to great lengths to answer our questions and indeed set up a lot of the system as requested. As this was a change of brand for us it was very important that we were happy with the vehicle and its performance which we are. Even though this dealership is 80 miles from our home we would most certainly without hesitation use Mo at Sutton Park for future purchases. Many thanks.

Absolutely love my new Jogger! Matthew Coello and the team was great throughout the whole experience and keeping me informed every step of the way. Matt was very polite and approachable..The only negative thing I would say is, it would of been nice to have had a grand reveal with the cover over the vehicle like I've had in the past at other garages but all in all Its been a wonderful experience.
