Feel like it’s run and managed by a group of amoebas. No one seems to care or understand the basic premise of what their job is or what they’re supposed to be doing. My favourite example being a photo taken of a broken blind in the check in report they provided to us before we moved in. Description “broken blind”. Maybe fix the blind before we move in instead of documenting it… we have now moved out, having left the house in a better condition and having paid to have professionally cleaned. They still haven’t returned the deposit after 2 months and I have now had to raise a dispute with the deposit protection firm.

Buying a leasehold apartment through Blundells. It was a long stressful process but unlike other estate agents, Adam was brilliant and very patient to answer all the questions that I had throughout. Zoe was very helpful too to show my husband and I the property the second time before we decided to buy. Would have no hesitation to recommend their services to other buyers or sellers.

All the staff I dealt with at Blundells were wonderful and executed their work to the last letter but Zoe is my star. She guided me all the way and helped in every way possible to make the sale of my property possible. I will recommend them to everybody who need their services.

Professionalism with a friendly face. Zoe certainly knows her stuff and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. My offer was accepted within the hour & we were up and running with the solicitors within 24 hours. Fantastic service.

I'd like to thank Olly, Adam and the team for handling my sale so well. The team are friendly and supportive in what can be a stressful time. The marketing and photographs were very impressive, generating lots of interest and they kept me well informed as they negotiated a sale within a week over the asking price. They found me a great mortgage for my new home too. I cannot thank them enough and will always go back to them in future.

Great communication from Adam the estate agent who attended the viewing of the property I eventually put an offer in for. When he went on annual leave Zoe the branch manager stepped in and continued the quality service. Knowledgeable and friendly team that I would happily use again.

Fantastic experience selling my flat with Blundells. Adam and Zoe were brilliant. Dare I say it the flat sold for more than I expected it to, and that has to be down to the hard work of the team on Campo Lane. I could not recommend them enough!
