Kwik Fit - Chipping Norton

Many thanks to Bret and manager Matt at this branch of Kwik Fit. I’ve had my car serviced here and needed advice on a number of other occasions, and both guys have been very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Punctures always seem to happen when you need to be somewhere! The guys here happily agreed to deal with this at short notice despite being evidently busy, repaired it in no time and even reset the pressure warning , something I know takes a fair amount of display menu navigation do. Polite, friendly, efficient and at a reasonable cost.

Very disappointing service, the employee was very unhelpful and even though he knew our situation he offered no advice or help of any kind ! It then took a further 10 minutes to move the car blocking us in ! We then drove to Oxford where the service and welcome was absolutely fantastic!!!! Such a difference between the two branches such a shame our local one was so unhelpful.

Substandard workmanship-AVOIDI had two new tyres fitted, as it was a breakdown they fitted me in. However after driving less than 50 miles, one of the new tyres went flat, costing me a days overtime and money to put right.They had not cleaned the wheels when putting on the new tyres, this caused the one tyre to leak.Thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the work, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. We arrived unannounced whilst on holiday, having picked up a nail in one of our tyres. We only just managed to reach Chipping Norton, with the wheel in question almost running on the rim, but when I saw how busy they were I wasn't too hopeful they would be able to do anything. However, despite the fact that they were obviously rushed off their feet, once I explained to Bret that we had a 350 mile journey back to Edinburgh the next day, he came straight out, put the car on a jack, and within 25 minutes we had a permanent repair in the tyre, the wheel was back on, and we were off on our way. Thanks Bret. Tremendous work.

The team are always super helpful, I had a new tyre a few months ago and found it constantly going flat - they took time out of their busy day to look at it almost instantly, and found my alloy was cracked. The colleague instantly recommended someone to help me, where I have had it fixed today. Thank you for your great service as always, and will definitely come back again!

Over the years, I have always been impressed by Kwik Fit. Yesterday I booked in to their Chipping Norton branch: very efficient and friendly service, and at a reasonable price.

A fantastic service provided, customer service top notch and the tean were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to fit a new tyre in my partners Volvo without a booking. Happy to help me when the car suffered a punctured tyre! Thank you guys!

Awful service. A car of mine had a problem with the tire we went there on Saturday to sort it out and it got done and it also had a battery check. Sunday morning flat tire and a dead battery. Today I went to get it sorted out and saying at will be done in 45 minutes. After the 45 minute I came to check it out and nothing had been done about it and they said it will be done in a hour after the 45 minutes. After that hour still nothing had been done so that was just it for me because they have ruined my plans for the day. I wouldn’t bother waistline my time and money here.

Unhesitatingly can recommend this branch to anyone. They went well above the call of duty to provide truly outstanding service. Namecheck for Matt, specifically, who any company would be very lucky to have as an employee.
