We cannot fault Cooksleys in the slightest. From the initial meeting, to marketing photos and all throughout the sale process they have always been on hand to help and answer any questions we had. A special mention must go to Jasmine who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. We are absolutely over the moon and are so glad we chose Cooksleys. Fantastic team.

I experienced my waste ever service from Kym/Kim. Very descriminatory and it got me depressed till this day. I have dealt with other agents before and even the lady who was with us during viewing was very helpful and so professional. Was then referred to call Kym/Kim and all hell broke loose maybe because of my foreign accent. I can never recommend anyone if they are to be attended by Kym/Kim

The service at Cooksleys is excellent. Mark and Kym, in addition to being professionals, are kind, patient, and warm. I feel fortunate to have found this agency because, as a foreigner, they were patient with me, explained things to me in detail, and thanks to that, I found an apartment that suited our needs and budget.The rental process was very quick, and Kym always stayed in touch with me.
