Fortunately Nick was the estate agent marketing the grade 2 listed house we purchased.I could not recommend him more; as with some of the other reviews I don’t think it would have happened without his involvement. Being Grade 2 listed there were a lot of opportunities for the purchase to have been derailed, but Nick adds more value to the process than you’re average estate agent, he coordinated the Solicitors to keep things on track and constantly communicated with both myself and the seller to allay concerns on both sides.Nick clearly places more value on the experience and satisfaction of his clients than purely the transaction itself. A pleasure to work with.

Nicholas Moss handled the successful sale of a relatives property.. Despite the ups and downs, (lost sale(s), through no fault of the agent), Nicholas Moss persisted in finding a buyer and seeing it through to the end. They achieved a realistic price and managed some very tricky exchanges between the various parties. Communication was good, prompt responses, regular updates, honest conversations along with local knowledge were key to a happy conclusion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agent.

Excellent - Nick acted for us with the selling of our apartment in Gerrard's Cross. He does his own viewings and in the process of doing them really got to know the property and was able to provide potential buyers with well informed answers to their questions. It’s quite difficult to write a review for Nick because putting into words how helpful he is, feels like an understatement. He goes above and beyond for those he is working with, to make the buying process seamless, from dealing with brokers to difficult solictors.
