The whole team at Catalina have been amazing. We called up to arrange a test drive and the car was all ready to go, even first thing on a snowy Sunday morning. They even noticed my own car lacked air in a tyre and pumped it up for me! I was really impressed with how competitive the price of the car was and how reasonable their offer was for my part ex. I purchased the vehicle and the when I went to pick it up, they noticed that the range of diesel was quite low and added some more in for me. The whole process was smooth and straightforward and the team were so helpful and friendly. A massive thumbs up from me!

Super easy buy, turned up, got handed the keys and shown where the car was. Was left to myself to look around no pushy sales tactics. Test drove the car and pointed out a few things we didn’t like. The sales person was amazing and said he would get it sorted the next day and delivered. Delivery was super easy, I wasn’t in but they left the car and put the keys in the letterbox. Overall I’m a super happy customer

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE.I purchased my car 22.7.23 and within days discovered issues with the car after emailing and calling direct and even speaking with Michael the sales person the cars issues have not been resolved and after having to getthe finance company involved the garage still have not resloved the issues since then after having a health check further issues were discovered so i am having to look at further action. The below photos only show a few of the issues.

I found the ideal car on line and went down to see it. I met with Michael and he was incredibly helpful without being pushy and showed us around the car. He offered a more than acceptable price for my trade in. More than the other dealers I had been to for a far better car. Came with 1yr mot and fully serviced. Again, much more than other cars I had looked at in my budget. Really really happy.

I can’t fault these guys at all, there is so much choice! I wanted a second car that was going to break the bank but it was a good little run around to get me to work and back. Straight away Tom suggested a few cars that would be a good fit and within 30 min we picked the car, got the keys and everything set up ready to drive away! Absolutely brilliant service, no long waits, no concerns, everything was explained and even got a follow up text to make sure I was happy a week later!

Went out of their way to deliver my car to me when I wasn't able to pick it up, free of charge. There aren't many company's that would do that for free (in my experience).Have no issues with the car and happy with what I paid for. I'm sure that if any issues did arise, they would be happy to help me resolve them.Good service, trustworthy and deserve your business.

Great place to purchase your next car from. Bought my ford focus from there and Michael was a great service to me when purchasing it, dead friendly, easy and professional to deal with. Would highly recommend and would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!
