We had our Windows installed just before Christmas, I was impressed throughout the process from the point of quote, assurance around the quality of the material. I was invited to come to visit the factory to see the components being used.The installation was done per agreed timeline the workmanship was efficient and very professional.

I have installed a external door using this company 2 years ago.They were very professional and installation went fault less. After about 2 years adjustments need to be made to the door due to natural expansion . That was not trouble at all for them service provided the same day I contact them even during the gradual easing of lock down. Anil provided prompt and excellent customer service.I will highly recommend this company specially looking at the after service they have provided.

The team helped me in deciding and picking the right colours as well as advising me of the best products to finish my newly renovated house! I have used many glazing companies in the past, but by far the best customer service and quality I would award this to Advance glazing limited. I ordered my installation late in the week and was told it would take 10 days for the product to be built. To my surprise I received a call early in the following week telling me that they are ready to deliver and install.Installation ran smoothly and all my demands were met by the team.I was kept regularly updated by Anil who handled my order and ensured everything was delivered to my expectations.Thank you Advance Glazing limited and Anil.Highly recommend this company.

A complete nightmare from to beginning to end and still waiting for issues to be resolved. We spent over £15,000 with this company to have all new windows fitted the most expensive cost being the sliding doors.Firstly our installation was delayed by a week due the one glass panel being broken on delivery.Then once they were fitted the sliding doors a few days later when it rained the water leaked through all over our floors. They hadn't done the basics such as sealing the track! Then we noticed one of locks were broken. It took them 2 weeks to come out and fix the leak. On arrival we were told they were going to change the tracks and that we would have to remove the new channeling our builders had fitted to accommodate the new track at our cost.Once the doors were refitted we were told the lock on the other side was now not working but they would come out in a few days to repair this. A week later no one turned up and we were then told due to COVID 19 no one will be coming and have been left with no means of locking the door placing our house at risk. A few days later we discovered the side trims have been broken whilst refitting the doors and all the insulation seals are loose and we now have a draft coming through the doors! Please dont waste your money and use another company because these people do not know what they are doing!

Recently got my house windows replaced. I must say great quality work, quickly and efficiently done. Thanks to Mr Anil for providing great customer service and communication, very professional, will definitely use them again.

I had my whole house windows fitted by Advance Glazing and the team a few days ago and am so impressed by the service; absolutely faultless. After getting quotes around from other companies, I was immediately impressed with the customer service at Advance, from the walk around to the explanation of their windows and locking systems, to their site survey and most importantly fitting. Believe me, these reviews go a long way, hence the reason I am writing this one too, service speaks volumes. I work long office hours, which they accommodated around and even aided me and my husband in deciding on grey windows for my property, along with a beautiful composite door which was fitted by them. It was a great experience dealing with Ajay, who helped arrange a visit for measurements, kept me informed of progress and even moved forward our installation date to accommodate personal circumstances.
