We have recently moved into our new Peveril Home and absolutely love it! We found everyone at Peveril to be extremely helpful and friendly from first point of contact to completion. We looked at numerous new homes in our area (and there were many to choose from!) before making our decision. The house is built to a very high standard, and the external look of the house is beautiful. The rooms are all of a good size and we particularly love our sunny kitchen diner! The decor is superb with a super shiny finish to the doors and sills. The heating is super efficient, and all of the appliances and fittings are of good quality. We were particularly happy to find lots of extras due to our house being the show home. We are also delighted with the development, which is ideally located for lots of lovely walks, cycling etc, there are lots of open space on the development, as the houses are not built on top of each other, like many were that we looked at previously. We would like to say a special thank you to Lyn, Susan and Andy, who have all been super efficient and helpful.

I recently purchased my first home and had the pleasure of working with Donna. From the initial color choice to the completion of the house and handling of snags, her professionalism and dedication stood out.Donna guided me through the entire purchase procedure with patience and expertise. Her generosity in sharing valuable advice went beyond my expectations. She truly made the entire process seamless for a first-time buyer like me.I also want to commend Tim and his team for their swift and responsible handling of any issues that arose.

In moving from the North East to the East Midlands it was important that I found the right home in the right location. After viewing many new homes in many locations I am delighted to have found my Peveril home. at Flagshaw Pastures Kirk Langley. The specifications, standard of build and quality of bathroom/kitchen etc fixtures and fittings attracted me out the outset. Having recently moved in, the finished home has exceeded my expectations..Customer service was impressive throughout my journey. Julie,the Sales Executive was supportive and helpful at all stages of the buying process and gave invaluable advice when needed. We've recently moved into our new home at Flagshaw Pastures, Kirk Langley, the Peveril homes site.From start to finish we have always been impressed with the way in which we were kept updated. We had lots of information at the start of the process and then throughout had documentation when necessary otherwise phone call updates from Julie in the sales team. Every query was always answered very quickly and professionally. We could go up to see the home at various points without any issue and was given plenty of time per visit.We were given a full and extensive tour of our home once completed by Ben the Site Manager and Julie ,so that we could ask any questions that we had remaining.We would highly recommend Peveril for any new home buyer, friendly, helpful and proficient ...excellent quality home and overall experience. We recently purchased our forever home at Forest Heights through Kim. We were originally told we would move in during September but we were in by the end of July! When we moved in we paid to have a professional snagging company come round to do an inspection who said that if all houses were to the quality of ours, he wouldn’t have a job. He was extremely impressed by the quality and finish and this reflected in his report findings. We are extremely happy here and every member of staff we’ve dealt with on site have been polite and accommodating. We have now booked in to have the few snags found rectified at a time to suit us. When we reserved our house unfortunately the options had already been chosen and after enquiring to change a couple of things, this is something that couldn’t be done. We genuinely can’t recommend or praise Peveril Homes more!

We recently purchased a new property from Peveril Homes at Flagshaw Pastures. We are thrilled with our new home and cannot compliment them enough. They put all other new build developers to shame.Firstly, Julie, the sales exec is an absolute star. From the moment we first got in touch, she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were kept up to date on the progress of our purchase. Always helpful, answering any questions we have and doing everything she can to make the process as smooth as possible.As for the property itself, we are over the moon with it. The build quality is fantastic and the site team obviously take great care and pride in their work. They have also been prompt and helpful to resolve any snagging issues that we have had, which have also been few and minor.We would highly recommend Peveril Homes to anyone looking at a new build property.

We moved into Fairfields estate back in June now and absolutely love our beautiful new home. Everything about it was perfect. Upgrades were done free of charge to our flooring by the builders. There’s been no snagging issues or shrinkage whatsoever. High quality specs as standard on our beautiful Wymeswold. Amazing builder - no issues whatsoever since moving in. We moved in bang on time, no delay. Any issues we’ve had (very minor) Peveril have sorted within a week. They even sent a carpet cleaner round free of charge after we’d moved in to clean our carpet in the hall for us as move in day was messy! Layla at the show home is amazing - wonderful customer service. Peveril genuinely make you feel like a valued customer and appreciate your custom - would recommend to anyone 100%!
