I bought a computer used for the same price of a new one. The wire was fixed with a piece of sellotape so was unsafe .after month it didn't work and I was refused a refund. The problem was above all the attitude they were laughing at my face. Very likely my boyfriend works in IT too so I can borrow one of his ones when mine is broken
