Arranged to come out and fix a roofing issue however they turned up on the wrong day (even though this was arranged and confirmed via persimmon). I spoke to a very blunt person on the phone who insinuated this was my fault. The fix they came to do wasn't possible with what they turned up with anyway (they planned to fix a roof from the inside of a window), this would have been a sticky tape fix rather than a investigate/remove tiles then attempt a fix which was agreed on initial inspection.Would advise anyone looking to get a roofing issue fix to go elsewhere as this company simply doesn't care.
