Friendly staff and good time frames when needing their services. I had a faulty radiator valve which was causing seepage of water through my bathroom ceiling. Job was assessed the following day and new valve fitted the day after...problem solved!

So far so good. The order went well with good advice in the store. Then the delivery was perfect with 3 text messages confirming, the order was ready, the delivery date and the driver's on his way.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANYThere customer service is absolutely terrible. I made an order with them giving very clear delivery instructions which they complety ignored. As a result I did not receive my order, which legally is a breach of contract. When I tried to contact them the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, condescending and very unprofessional. They refuse to provide me with my order and refuse to issue a refund.There prices are fair but please be warned that if you encounter any problems with your order you will be in for a long fight to get it resolved

Unbelievable service. I saw what I wanted online, then phoned the shop to see availability. Spoke to Mike who was incredibly helpful. At 5 o'clock I placed my order. At 12 o'clock the very next day, it was delivered. The price was great and the cherry on the cake, was totally free delivery

Highly recommended! Shop clean and tidy, staff pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time, text message day before, and phone call on the day, as expected.Free parking available on the road outside the shop. Entrance is wheels friendly, but as the shop is very well stocked, some of the aisles may be a bit narrow.Excellent service! If you need an appliance, go here first.

A vacuum cleaner was delivered today. When I opened the box, there was only one attachment which did crevices. I returned the vacuum to the Shop/Centre. The girl said she had put 4 bagged attachments in the box and it was on camera. Her male colleague said he witnessed her do it. This basically called me a Liar, which I am not. I said can we check the camera recorder. She said only management can do that. This type of treatment is totally unacceptable and Service is nonexistent. I would NOT recommend this Outfit to anyone

Actually quite a nice place. Really good options and varieties. I went there for gas hob. I am not sure if the guy behind the tills was too busy or was just having a bad day. We ended up ordering online from same place because of his least bothered attitude.
