Unresponsive and difficult to deal with.our galley department completed hygiene online with them.trying to arrange original certificates to get sent out but they don't reply to emails or the web contact form. Almost 3 weeks already.so we are unable to claim reimbursement from our employer

Awful customer service from NCASS.I've been a member for the past year. In the past week I have tried calling with no-one answering the phones. I've tried emailing but no-one replies to the emails. I then looked and decided to see if I could upgrade my membership to add some additional benefits and ask some queries I have about my membership. I filled out their upgrade form online and funnily enough someone called me within hours of filling out the form.No-one answers the phone and no-one replies to emails. But they will call you straight away to 'upgrade your membership'.Then when I do talk through the benefits of upgrading I was told that you get 'HR Support'. Online as well it says you get 'HR Support'. Unfortunately you have to pay for this service.I told the 'salesperson' that I thought this was misleading as I thought from our conversation and online that 'HR Support' was included. She responded by saying 'Well in my opinion, its not misleading'.I couldn't believe how rude she was when I was simply telling her 'from a customers perspective' and having just paid the additional fee to upgrade my membership to get HR Support that what she had told me and what was on the website was misleading.Sadly given I have spent the past few weeks setting up my Health & Safety Folder, Risk Assessments, Team Training records with NCASS that I am not in a position to just cancel my membership.I will continue with NCASS for the next year then look at alternative solutions.I would not recommend NCASS based on this experience.

We’ve been with NCASS for five years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our cashback settlement with Booker means we actually earn money from being members and the NCASS service is always flawless and speedy.

Been a member for two years. When I was first looking to start my F&B street food business they were great and very helpful on the phone with advice however due to personal issues I didn’t launch and the membership auto renewed.I reached out to them on Twitter and was advised to call them. When I was finally able to ring them they were sarcastic on the phone stating that I should read the T&Cs when signing up and insisted that I pay £54 and return the pack to cancel.It was like speaking to a robot and made me feel as they auto renew a lot of members and then when they want to cancel just read out that they should read the T&Cs and charge a hefty Cancelation fee instead of understanding their “members” situation or the reason behind why they want to cancel.

I have been a member for 4 years, and it is a great shame to be leaving a negative review as part of a sour taste to the end of this partnership. I will leave 2 stars, as they did help with the starting years of my food business.However, due to not needing their service any longer, I decided to cancel my membership in May this year... This was done long before the next years contract, and well within their T&C's. Their membership exe, Ed, confirmed the cancellation. I have have since been charged 3 more months of fees, despite 3 different occasions of speaking/emailing with Ed. I am yet to get a refund for the months, and I will now need to speak with my bank to ensure they do not take anymore money from us as a business.For anyone looking to join these guys - do so with caution. Their service is good, but look at the exit. Will you actually be able to cancel your membership?... I am yet to find out.
